Responsibilities:
- Assist the Waterpark Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
- Oversee guest safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs for new hires.
- Manage inventory and supply orders for waterpark amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor park cleanliness and maintain operational standards.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
- Support marketing efforts to enhance guest engagement and attendance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; perfect for college student!
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to waterparks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
