- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and resolving inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions, update client information, and generate reports.
- Support sales initiatives by assisting with onboarding new clients, preparing documentation, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and underwriting to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in project management tasks related to insurance operations, including planning, execution, and reporting of process enhancements.
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in account management within the financial services or SaaS (Software as a Service) sectors.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions related to insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
- Excellent sales skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport.
