Real Estate Associate (Hospitality)

Blank Rome LLP has a special opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with at least 3-6 years of experience, specifically in the hospitality area for our growing hospitality practice. We are open to this candidate sitting in either our Los Angeles or New York offices. The ideal candidate would be savvy in negotiating management agreements, branding agreements, the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, construction, and financing of real estate projects, especially hotels, resorts and mixed-use projects. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players who are comfortable directly interfacing with clients and leading matters as appropriate. Outstanding academic and professional credentials are needed to join this growing and exciting, energetic, fast-paced team. Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and/or New York. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.

The target annual pay range for this role in Los Angeles and New York City is $260,000 - $375,000 plus bonuses based on performance. Positions outside of Los Angeles and New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees.
