Blank Removal, World of MedSpa, and Your Body Medspa are part of a nationally expanding portfolio of luxury brands specializing in laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, laser aesthetic equipment, skincare systems, and medspa services. We’re seeking a high-performing sales leader to represent all three brands—driving franchise growth, equipment sales, and consumable product distribution with polish and precision.
This is a sales-first role with a strategic edge: you’ll be selling franchise opportunities and products while helping new owners understand and activate the systems that support their success.

Who You Are
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in franchise development, aesthetics, or medspa technology
• Proven top achiever, with verifiable performance metrics (President’s Club, top 10%, etc.)
• Experience with aesthetic laser systems, skincare, or medspa operations is a strong plus
• Strategic thinker with a luxury mindset and consultative sales style
• Comfortable with CRM systems, lead handoff protocols, and branded onboarding materials
• Willing to travel for conventions, franchise onboarding, showroom visits, and site inspections

What You’ll Do
• Sell franchise opportunities for Blank Removal (laser tattoo removal) and Your Body Medspa (luxury medspa)
• Sell laser aesthetic equipment, skincare systems, and consumables through World of MedSpa, our aesthetic showroom and wholesale hub
• Support new franchisees in understanding sales systems, onboarding tools, and brand positioning
• Represent all brands at trade shows and industry events
• Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity and performance metrics
