Blank Industries LLC is a New England landscape product and ice melt manufacturer and supplier located on over 12 acres in Hudson, Massachusetts. We are seeking a motivated Office & Maintenance Administrator to support daily office operations while also coordinating with the facility maintenance team.
This role is responsible for handling customer service, office administration, and inside sales support, while also overseeing maintenance coordination, facility organization, and vendor management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, hands-on, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues with clear solutions, explanations, and options
- Communicate product and service information and assist with order entry, account updates, and service requests
- Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
- Assist with order processing
- Maintain organized office records and documentation
- Track and prepare reports on sales leads and activity
- Work with Office Manager and HR Manager to maintain operational efficiency
Maintenance & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for office, warehouse, and yard areas with the Maintenance Supervisor
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance vendors and service providers
- Track preventative maintenance for equipment and facility systems
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation
- Assist with inventory and ordering of maintenance supplies and office materials
- Support internal teams with facility-related requests and workspace organization
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and workplace standards
- Process PO Requests from maintenance team

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Netsuite Experienced (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience is a Plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic knowledge of maintenance coordination, logistics, or property upkeep is a plus
