We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Brand and Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and brand execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and working behind the scenes to help a growing food brand thrive.
Position Overview
The Brand and Sales Administrator plays a key support role across sales administration, brand coordination, and customer communication. This position ensures that sales processes run smoothly, brand materials are accurate and up to date, and both internal teams and external partners receive timely, professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
Process and manage wholesale and distributor orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales data in internal systems
Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and resolving order-related issues
Prepare sales reports and support sales forecasting as needed
Brand & Marketing Coordination
Support the execution of brand initiatives across sales channels
Coordinate updates to sales tools, catalogs, line sheets, and price lists
Assist with trade show preparation, including materials, samples, and logistics
Ensure brand consistency across communications and sales collateral
Support promotional programs and seasonal launches
Administrative & Cross-Team Support
Organize and maintain digital files, templates, and documentation
Coordinate communication between sales, production, and marketing teams
Assist with special projects as the business grows
Qualifications
2 years of experience in sales administration, brand support, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and order management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Interest in specialty food, consumer brands, or artisan products is a plus
Great teamwork and collaboration skills with both team members and third parties
Preferred Skills
Experience in wholesale, CPG, or specialty food industries
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
Trade show or event coordination experience
Basic understanding of branding or marketing workflows
