- Entering critical data into our system
- Issuing Purchase Orders to our subcontractors
- Routine communication with permit offices and property owners
- Processing subcontractor invoices
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
- Detail oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
