Blair Image Elements is seeking a Sign Installer / Field Installation Technician based out of High Point, NC. This role installs and services interior and exterior signage and branding elements for regional and national clients. Installers typically travel Monday through Friday with overnight stays during the week.
If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems in the field, and seeing the finished result of what you've built, this may be a great opportunity for you. While experience installing signage is helpful, it is not required. Individuals with mechanical aptitude and experience in construction, electrical work, carpentry, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply. Our teams provide hands-on training to help you learn our installation systems and safety procedures.

What You'll Be Doing
- Install and service interior and exterior signage, lighting, and architectural branding elements
- Read and follow installation drawings and site instructions
- Operate lifts, bucket trucks, power tools, and hand tools
- Work safely at heights and on active job sites
- Travel to installation sites throughout the week with a team of installers
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel during the work week
- Construction or building trades
- Electrical or lighting installation
- Carpentry or general contracting
- Equipment operation or rigging
- Facilities maintenance or field service work
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification
- CDL
- Crane certification
- Experience operating lifts or bucket trucks
