SUMMARY: The Bus Aide assists in the safe and pleasant transportation of students whose IEP calls for an aide on the bus. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to administer first aid/CPR. Must meet the requirements established in Federal Regulations, currently, two years of college coursework, or pass the Paraprofessional Assessment. Will be required to meet Level I Paraprofessional Standards prior to first day of employment. Spanish language skills or bilingualism preferred but not required.
