Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Operations & Scheduling)
Austin, TX (Hybrid) | $30/hour | ~20 hrs/week

Blade Runner Landscapes is a fast-growing commercial landscaping company serving MUDs, HOA communities, and large properties across the Greater Austin market. We are building a process-driven, scalable operation focused on quality and efficiency.
The Role
We’re hiring a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and work closely with the Owner, General Manager, and Accounting.
You’ll help keep schedules tight, crews coordinated, and operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, calendars, and job tracking
- Coordinate crews (maintenance, enhancements, irrigation)
- Assist with route optimization and daily logistics
- Order materials and equipment parts
- Track machine maintenance and repairs
- Maintain organized job, client, and schedule records
- Support property and irrigation mapping systems
- Communicate with team to ensure alignment
- Assist with improving processes and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with software (Google Workspace, CRM/scheduling tools)
- Landscaping, construction, or service business experience is a plus
