Operating from beautifully branded Mercedes Sprinter vans, we serve both residential and commercial customers throughout Utah with professional sharpening services and a level of care that stands out in the industry.

Position Summary:
As a Blade Butler, you will work alongside a senior Butler to deliver exceptional sharpening services to both commercial and residential customers. Your work environment will include our state-of-the-art mobile sharpening vans as well as our shop headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform sharpening services at our headquarters for our commercial knife exchange program and travel to customer locations to provide on-site sharpening services as needed
- Assess blade condition and determine the appropriate sharpening techniques
- Operate and maintain sharpening equipment with precision, consistency, and care
- Deliver a first-class customer experience that reflects the Blade Butlers™ standard
- Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory within the mobile sharpening center
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
Qualifications
- Previous blade sharpening experience is preferred but not required
- Food service or general service industry experience is a plus
- Charisma and the ability to build genuine connections with customers
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Someone who notices the little things and takes ownership of their work
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Interest in long-term growth and helping build a rapidly expanding company
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Training
Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided to ensure every Blade Butler upholds our standards for craftsmanship, hospitality, and customer experience.
