Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of commercial interior and light industrial projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, coordination, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Working closely with the Central Texas leadership team, this individual will play a key role in establishing processes, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract administration
- Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure seamless execution
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants
- Oversee change management, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Monitor project performance and proactively address risks or challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Support the continued buildout of operational processes in Central Texas
Ideal Background
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong experience in interiors, flex space, or light industrial projects preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost reporting
- Effective communicator with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Motivated by growth and interested in building something long-term
