Jr. Supply Chain Planner
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure timely availability of materials (FG, MERCH & RM) required for production and distribution.
- Track and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve material flow issues.
- Review planning dashboards and reports to identify action items, follow up, and ensure resolution.
- Support daily and weekly planning routines, including updating schedules and communicating changes.
- Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to align with inventory targets.
- Assist in coordinating blocked stock and near shelf-life materials to align with inventory targets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and planning adjustments.
- Participate in operational meetings and provide updates on material status and inventory health.
- Identification and evaluation of weak points within the Supply Chain in the Region
- Development of various optimization scenarios in the Region
- Collaboration in the further development of process optimizations
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or a business-related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
· 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or inventory management
· Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools, SAP is strongly preferred.
