Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, making them feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage guest entry and exit, ensuring smooth flow and security at all times.
• Assist guests with event times and collecting fees for shows.
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter unauthorized access and uphold safety standards.
• Support overall guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay alert to ensure the safety of guests and staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality
• Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a big plus for engaging with diverse guests worldwide.
• Experience working in events
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent communication skills with good phone etiquette for professional interactions.
• Knowledge of guest services practices and hospitality standards helps deliver exceptional experiences.
