Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P3 - Cleared On-Site/ 2nd Shift MAT Ramp to join our Client's team.
This position is 2nd Shift. 3pm to 12am
On-Site Means they will be working at a Facility.
Responsibilities include the ability to make a quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand the resources available, compare the urgency of the issue to other failures/issues, and to take the understanding of these parts and create a path for troubleshoot and/or correction and final resolution. Then it is required to be able to communicate this plan to a cross functional team with diverse backgrounds. And lastly to continue to drive updates and status of this plan along the way.

Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of:
- Complex circuit card assemblies
- Electro-mechanical systems
- Experience using lab equipment, including:
- Oscilloscopes
- Logic analyzers
- Function generators
- Power supplies
- Ability to interpret:
- Schematics
- PCB layouts
- Bills of Materials (BoMs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware
- Background in designing electronic or electro-optical subsystems, including:
- Circuit design
- Assembly processes
- Fabrication practices
- Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across:
- Electrical design
- Simulation
- Measurement domains
- Experience with:
- Subsystem integration
