Company Description

Blackstone Products designs and manufactures outdoor cooking appliances and accessories. These include griddles, grills, and pizza ovens fueled by liquid propane and charcoal. These products are sold through major retailers across the US and Canada. Our products can be found in Walmart, Lowe’s, Ace, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and many online retailers such as Amazon.

 Essential Functions:

· Leads Swing Shift Associates to work on completing orders and stage area for next shift

· Trains new Swing Shift Associates on processes and procedures

· Helps Swing Shift Supervisors identify process improvement opportunities

· Escalates issues to Swing Shift Supervisors 

· Assists supervisors in managing quality control

· Maintains and manages inventory of supplies

· Escalates any equipment failures to supervisor

· Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management

· Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and acceptable clothing for work environment (ref. Blackstone Products Employee Handbook)

· Maintains Blackstone policies and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Anticipated Schedule

· 4 pm - 2:30 am Monday - Thursday

Requirements

Qualifications Needed:

· High school diploma or GED

· 2 years’ warehouse experience

· ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software experience preferred

· WMS (Warehouse Management System) Experience preferred

· Computer experience needed

· Forklift experience required

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Functional Requirements: 

· Sitting: Rarely (Less than 5% of the time) 

· Typing: Occasionally (Up to 25% of the time) 

· Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling: Continuously (More than 75% of the time) 

· Lifting: Continuously (More than 75% of the time) 

· Frequently lift up to 75 lbs (Up to 75% of the time)

· Rarely lift more than 75 lbs.

Work Environment: 

Frequent use of machinery and equipment
