Company Description
Blackstone Products designs and manufactures outdoor cooking appliances and accessories. These include griddles, grills, and pizza ovens fueled by liquid propane and charcoal. These products are sold through major retailers across the US and Canada. Our products can be found in Walmart, Lowe’s, Ace, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and many online retailers such as Amazon.
Essential Functions:
· Ensures orders are correct and completed on time
· Communicates with LTL Process Supervisor and other Area Leads about a daily order schedule
· Correctly documents inventory movement
· Reviews quality of damaged product, and takes an active role in the Quality Control process
· Identifies process improvement opportunities and communicates those with their supervisor
· Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
· Keeps facility clean and debris free
· Coordinates with other LTL Area Leads
· Coordinates with Material Handling team
· Assists and educates team members on standard operating procedures and policies
· Properly stages inventory
· Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and acceptable clothing for work environment (ref. Blackstone Products Employee Handbook)
· Other duties as assigned
Anticipated Schedule
· 8:00 Am to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday
· Daily hours may vary depending on workload
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· 1 year warehouse experience preferred
· Forklift experience preferred
· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
