Job Description
Duffield Holdings Material, LLC. is seeking applicants for Class A and Class B driving positions. Applicants will be responsible for ensuring safe vehicle operation, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
General Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Driving and Delivery:
- Safely operate various types of vehicles, including pneumatic trailers, end dumps, dump trucks, and concrete mixer trucks.
- Navigate rough or confined off-road terrain at delivery locations.
- Be willing to travel throughout the state of Arkansas.
Equipment Maintenance & Cleaning:
- Perform mandatory pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Keep equipment clean using company-provided detailing supplies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, delegate, and perform all work while placing safety first in all things.
- Record daily time.
- Work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to lift 30–60 pounds, climb 10–12 feet, squat, twist, and walk while carrying 30–60 pounds.
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license in good standing with a CDL endorsement.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended or continuous periods of time.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Exposure to loud noise, fumes, and dust.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
