We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead high-end residential remodels, home additions, and new construction projects across Chicago's North Shore, including Wilmette, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Winnetka, Glencoe, Evanston, and Highland Park. This role is office-first(approximately 60% office, 40% field) and requires strong project management, client communication, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1015 concurrent luxury residential construction projects, from remodels and additions to occasional new builds.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and vendors in collaboration with the Field Superintendent.
- Prepare detailed estimates, project budgets, and review trade proposals for accuracy and value.
- Create, maintain, and adjust master project schedulesto ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide weekly client updates and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, photos, change orders, and financial tracking.
- Ensure projects meet high-end luxury standardswhile anticipating client needs and resolving issues proactively.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of residential construction project management experience, including luxury remodels and additions.
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projectsfor high-net-worth homeowners.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or client satisfaction.
- Excellent client communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Excel and construction/project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct; training provided).
- Must live within a 30-45 minute commute to Wilmette / North Shore.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $100,000 with potential up to $130,000 for candidates with luxury residential experience.
