What We Need
- Active PE license in Maryland required — willingness to obtain PA reciprocity a must
- Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering 5–10 years of structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis/design software, AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards
- Strong communication skills and client-facing comfort — proposal and BD support included
