Product Engineer – AI & Business Solutions

We're seeking a highly technical Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software development, AI innovation, and business solution delivery. This is not a traditional developer role. You'll partner directly with business stakeholders to rapidly transform ideas into working solutions, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools and agile product engineering practices.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business requirements with stakeholders, building rapid prototypes, generating production-ready code with AI development tools, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated software solutions that solve real business challenges
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and rapidly deliver value
• Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to validate ideas before production implementation
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar technologies to accelerate software delivery
• Build and integrate AI-enabled features and workflows into enterprise applications
• Develop full-stack solutions using Java and/or Python for backend development and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end applications
• Translate complex business processes into scalable technical solutions
• Act as a technical consultant and business systems analyst by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and recommending technology solutions
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Build and maintain business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
• Participate in iterative product development cycles focused on experimentation, rapid feedback, and continuous improvement
  
  

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong experience developing applications using Java and/or Python
• Experience building modern web applications using JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI coding assistants and generative AI technologies as part of daily development workflows
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD practices
• Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma, and related AI-enabled development platforms
• Business Systems Analysis, process mapping, workflow optimization, and requirements gathering
• Database design, data modeling, reporting, and analytics
• Enterprise AI implementation and prompt engineering
