We're looking for an experienced PLS to lead transportation and land surveying projects from proposal to completion β someone who's as comfortable in the field as they are managing clients, staff, and budgets.
β Summary Of What You'll Be Doing
- Manage transportation, boundary, topographic, and right-of-way survey projects start to finish
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping relationships strong
- Lead and mentor field and office survey staff
- Prepare, review, and seal survey plats, ROW plans, and related deliverables
- Establish property boundaries and rights-of-way through deed research and title interpretation
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in PA, OH, or WV required (PA preferred)
- 5β10 years of progressive land surveying experience
- Proven track record managing multiple survey projects simultaneously
- Strong field AND office surveying background
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey processing software
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
