What You'll Actually Do
- Plan and coordinate production operations to crush productivity and quality goals
- Build and lead your team—hire, train, develop, and keep people motivated (you'll manage up to 100 employees through supervisors)
- Keep communication flowing between your team, maintenance, and other departments so everyone's on the same page
- Use data and metrics to make operations run smoother and stay compliant with regulations and customer requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 7-10 years in manufacturing with progressive supervisory experience
- Know your way around food safety, budgets, project management, and maintenance concepts
- Can manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who can spot problems early and actually fix them
