OT Systems Analyst
Tulsa, OK
$65–$70 per hour
Contract – W2, Benefits, PTO
Hybrid – Monday through Thursday in office, Friday work from home
No travel
We’re looking for an experienced OT Systems Analyst to support and develop technology solutions within an operational environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who brings a strong combination of software development, systems analysis, and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) experience.
Experience working in Oil & Gas operations is a major plus, particularly for candidates who understand the unique requirements of operational technology environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop, enhance, and support software applications used within the operational environment
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
• Develop program logic for new applications and modify existing applications
• Code, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain software solutions
• Perform systems analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation
• Troubleshoot sophisticated application and system issues
• Work closely with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient solutions
• Support the integration of application components within the existing technology environment
What We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years of extensive experience with Python and/or C# and SQL
• Instrumentation & Controls experience is required
• Experience with PI control language for SCADA
• Strong systems analysis and application development experience
• Ability to work through complex technical problems and develop practical solutions
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general PC technologies
Major Pluses:
• Operational experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience with Agentic AI coding and AI-assisted development
Education / Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following:
• High school diploma/GED with at least 12 years of IT experience
• Associate degree with at least 8 years of IT experience
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field with at least 5 years of IT experience
