What You'll Do
β 5 years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects
β Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction
β Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents
β Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore
β Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
β Strong math skills and ability to analyze numerical data
β Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β Federal and/or healthcare project experience a plus
β CPE certification preferred
β Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred

What You'll Do
- Produce detailed construction cost estimates in accordance with client requirements
- Provide input to the A/E team regarding potential issues impacting cost estimates
- Coordinate with the design team from project inception through completion
β 5 years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects
β Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction
β Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents
β Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore
β Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
