What You'll Do
✅ 5 years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects
✅ Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction
✅ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents
✅ Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore
✅ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
✅ Strong math skills and ability to analyze numerical data
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Federal and/or healthcare project experience a plus
✅ CPE certification preferred
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred

What You'll Do
- Produce detailed construction cost estimates in accordance with client requirements
- Provide input to the A/E team regarding potential issues impacting cost estimates
- Coordinate with the design team from project inception through completion
✅ 5 years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects
✅ Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction
✅ Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents
✅ Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore
✅ Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
✅ Strong math skills and ability to analyze numerical data
