Contract Conformance Specialist IV – Hybrid (Houston, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto)

Are you experienced in contract conformance for large-scale capital and maintenance projects? If so, this role could be a great fit!
Location: Houston, Calgary, Edmonton, or Toronto
Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, Remote Wednesday & Friday
Start Date: ASAP
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with executed contractual agreements for assigned projects
- Manage documentation and communication between contractors and internal teams
- Facilitate contract negotiations, scope development, and contractor communications
- Oversee change order processes, contractor invoices, and project close-outs
- Provide ongoing updates and support for compliance audits
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Experience working with construction contracts in the energy or gas pipeline industry
- Bachelor's degree, plus 4 years of experience (or Associate’s degree with 7 – 10 years) in legal, engineering, construction, or contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract documentation processes
Salary : $48 - $54
