Title: Automation & Controls Engineer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA - hybrid
Pay: $120K - $135K bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement control, instrumentation, and safety systems
- Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and P&IDs using AutoCAD
- Specify instrumentation, control hardware, and electrical components
- Program and commission PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems
- Lead system installation, testing, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering preferred
- Five (5) years of automation engineering in heavy industry or industrial manufacturing
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Expertise in Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens systems
- Proficient in control panel design, instrumentation, and VFDs (PowerFlex, SINAMICS)
- Familiar with UL, CE, IEC, and ISA standards
- Ability to travel 30% across the U.S. and Canada
