Your Mission

As a Sales Manager for the West and Canada region (covering key markets across the Western United States and Canada), you will drive the growth of Blacklane’s B2B client base, expanding our footprint across North America. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and ensuring a seamless experience that reflects Blacklane’s premium service standards. This role blends autonomy with cross-functional collaboration, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and diverse market.


Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the West and Canada region.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and diligent follow-up.
  • Lead and support RFP/RFI processes, navigating complex procurement with guidance from senior leadership when needed.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate Blacklane’s value.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Represent Blacklane at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
  • Capture and share market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine sales strategy.


About You

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in travel, mobility, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
  • Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and equally comfortable hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.


💰 Compensation: $70,000 – $130,000 annually with 30% OTE uncapped commission and VSOP (Virtual Stock Options). Final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

  • The salary range for this role is $86,000 – $107,000 annually with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and VSOP. Final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.
