Position Summary:
This position involves the operation of handheld equipment, power equipment, hand tools, and other physical and manual labor. Includes the installation and planting of landscapes including trees, plants, and sod while leading your crew.
Blackjack Horticulture is a full-service landscape contractor specializing in maintenance, installation, floriculture, and masonry/hardscapes. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a great team player.
Landscape Construction Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Effectively oversee the landscape installation of residential and commercial properties
- Manage and complete installation within allotted time
- Delegate and manage crew members’ tasks
- Enter personal and crew members’ times
- Ensure all crew members comply with safety standards
- Maintain company quality standards
- Report any issues to supervisor
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with all clients and Blackjack employees
