As we approach early pilot deployments and a major seed raise, we’re adding a Senior Infrastructure & Reliability Engineer to help build out the backbone of AuralisIQ.

The Role: Senior Infrastructure & Reliability Engineer (AuralisIQ)
This is a high-impact founding role reporting directly to our CTO to stand up the infrastructure that powers real-time physical intelligence across millions of future endpoints.
You Will Own:
• Architecture and operation of our compute clusters (AWS, containerized services, or custom orchestrations)
• Deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Real-time telemetry ingestion and processing systems
• Observability (metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards)
• System reliability, uptime engineering, and incident response
• Infrastructure security and zero-trust practices
• Scaling AuralisIQ for pilots and 2026 production deployments

Who You Are
You build and operate mission-critical systems and have experience in at least several of the following:
• AWS / cloud architecture
• IoT or telemetry data pipelines
• Distributed systems
• DevSecOps & zero-trust design
• Observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
• High-reliability SRE
You think in terms of uptime, reliability, and scalability — and you thrive in early deep-tech environments where the infrastructure you build becomes the backbone of the company.

Location Requirement (Important)
You must live within 3 hours of Dayton, Ohio for periodic in-person sessions, hardware testing, and early deployment coordination with our CTO and engineering leadership.

• Pre-raise (now through Q1 2026): Equity-based founding technical role
• Post-raise (Q1 2026): Full-time salary expanded equity
