About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. You will coordinate services, verify insurance information, enter and process orders, and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
