Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous service to walk-in and telephone customers.
- Triage customer service needs and schedule service orders appropriately.
- Conduct customer intake, research equipment, and confirm insurance coverage.
- Create and manage service orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize medical software systems to process orders and payments.
- Obtain required medical documentation and authorizations.
- Verify insurance information and assist customers with related inquiries.
- Enter customer notes, correspondence, and documentation as needed.
- Manage reports, coding, and billing functions in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Process purchase orders and packing slips for service parts.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
