We're looking for a passionate, relationship-driven Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join our Abington team. What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients in homes, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and clinics to determine mobility, seating, and positioning needs.
- Recommend customized complex rehabilitation and assistive technology solutions that maximize independence and quality of life.
- Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and caregivers throughout the evaluation, funding, and delivery process.
- Complete detailed clinical evaluations, product recommendations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate equipment trials, fittings, adjustments, and final deliveries to ensure optimal function and comfort.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper equipment use and long-term success.
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships throughout the Harrisburg region.
- Collaborate with internal clinical, customer service, and operations teams to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Stay current on CRT technology, reimbursement guidelines, and industry best practices.
What You'll Bring
- RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification (or ability to obtain if applicable).
- Experience with Complex Rehab Technology (CRT), seating and positioning, mobility equipment, or DME/HME.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible field-based schedule.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through individualized mobility solutions.

Qualifications:- Required: Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in anatomy, physiology, orthotics, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of complex rehab equipment, seating and positioning, and DME/HME products
- Understanding of insurance, reimbursement, and documentation requirements
- Experience with patient evaluation, anatomical measurements, and equipment fitting
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based, customer-facing role
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills
