As Vice President of Brand, reporting to Blackbaud’s Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll shape how Blackbaud shows up in the world, from the brand we build to the stories we tell and the experiences we create. Your remit spans brand strategy, creative, design, content, communications, PR, analyst relations, and events. You’ll have the mandate to push us, raise the bar, and build a brand that reflects Blackbaud's scale and ambition.

What You'll Do
- Take Blackbaud from a leader in social impact to an iconic technology brand.
- Create experiences people can feel, turning our biggest moments into experiences that bring people together and stay with them long after they leave.
- Build a thought leadership platform that makes Blackbaud a leading voice on the ideas shaping AI, technology, and social impact.
- Raise the creative bar across everything we do and build a body of work that is unmistakably Blackbaud.
- Build and lead an exceptional brand organization, attracting and developing great people and creating an environment where they can do the best work of their careers.
- 15 years in brand, creative, or marketing, including leadership at the VP level.
- A track record of building or transforming global brands at scale. B2B technology and public company experience preferred.
- Exceptional taste and a high creative bar.
- A talent for making complex ideas simple, human, and compelling.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect brand investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Fluency with AI and a point of view on how it is changing brand and creative.
