We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to general inpatient units.

- Monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities
- Administering medications and treatments, preparing equipment, and assisting with cardiac procedures
- Observing patient conditions, documenting assessments, and notifying healthcare teams of significant changes
- Responding effectively to cardiac emergencies and maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Providing patient education on cardiac health and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Adhering to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
- At least one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC systems
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively
