Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Trauma Center.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including emergency medicine physicians and specialty resources.
- Support department initiatives such as trauma, stroke, burn care, pediatric emergency services, behavioral health, and SANE programs.
- Participate in specialized training programs to enhance skills in emergency care environments.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or a valid temporary permit.
- Hospital-based experience required; emergency department experience preferred.
- Certifications in healthcare provider CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or complete courses within specified timeframes.
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
