Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a per-shift basis
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care
- Supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure safe, high-quality nursing practices
- Maintaining clinical competency and resource management
- Serving as a role model and advocate for nursing professionalism
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current license or registration to practice as a nurse
- CPR certification
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
