Registered Nurse - Clinical Decision Unit

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and during shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment.
• Current Registered Nurse license (or obtained within 90 days).
