- Manage and direct the care team in the clinic
- Perform other related duties as needed
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
- US work authorization
- Geriatric fellowship training and experience with elderly populations
- Experience in value-based care and outpatient primary care settings
- Bilingual abilities if applicable
