- Evaluate patients within 24-48 hours of physician orders and develop treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to plans of care and supervise clinical staff.
- Maintain communication with healthcare team members, patients, and families regarding progress and plans.
- Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and discharge planning.
- Record detailed documentation, billing, and report equipment needs.
- Instruct families and staff on maintenance programs and recommend equipment as needed.
- Act as a clinical supervisor for academic programs and participate in special projects.
- B.S., Master's, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills.
