Responsibilities
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Implement therapy techniques to enhance movement and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and health management
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active State License required
- BLS Certification may be required
- Preferred experience in a home health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
