- Possibly BLS certification
- Experience or interest in orthopedics; new graduates welcome with a ramp-up period
- Willingness to use WebPT EMR
- Assessing and developing treatment plans for patients
- Implementing therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of orthopedic treatments preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
