Role: Provide comprehensive clinical care as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), collaborating with physicians in inpatient, outpatient, or ambulatory settings.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, obtain histories, perform examinations, review diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications within scope. May assist in surgeries, provide patient education, psychosocial support, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in quality management, professional development, mentorship, and research activities.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program, hold active certification/license, with preferred clinical experience in relevant specialty. Licensure requirements include certification by NCCPA or state licensing, along with necessary certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable.
