Role Overview: A full-time mental health therapist (Associate or Licensed) is responsible for diagnosing and treating substance use, co-occurring mental health disorders, and trauma in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and utilize evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT.
