Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and operate dialysis equipment safely.
- Monitor treatment parameters, document patient information, and report significant changes.
- Assist in patient education and emergency procedures.
- Maintain a sanitary environment and follow bloodborne pathogen protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and care planning activities.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with current licensure.
- Preferably with medical-surgical, ICU, or hemodialysis experience.
- CPR certification and successful completion of hemodialysis training required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Physical ability to lift and move patients and equipment, with accommodation if needed.
