- Performing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic interventions to enhance residents' independence and quality of life
- Assessing and recommending adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Educating residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Ensuring documentation compliance and participating in interdisciplinary care planning
- Current Colorado OT license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
