We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility with 140 beds, emphasizing quality care and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providing high-quality, respectful care to patients.
  • Performing therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management.
  • Instructing and counseling patients on treatment plans and development.
  • Focusing on treating in place and reducing unnecessary hospitalizations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must hold an NY nursing license.
  • SNF experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to deliver professional, compassionate care.

Compensation includes a salary of $120,000 to $150,000, RVU bonus plan, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA), 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, and 401(k).
