Nurse Practitioner, Pain Management

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner with pain management experience or interest to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe therapies, and provide education in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage acute/chronic pain conditions in collaboration with physicians.
• Order, interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications adhering to regulations.
• Develop personalized care plans and educate patients on pain management and lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Stay current on pain management best practices.
  
  

Qualifications include an active NP license, national certification, DEA eligibility, and pain management experience preferred.
