- Perform organ and body scans with radioactive isotopes
- Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes per physicians' orders and record dosages
- Conduct diagnostic studies using scanners or scintillation cameras to produce images
- Position patients and adjust immobilization devices for optimal imaging
- Explain procedures compassionately and address patient concerns
- Monitor, record, and communicate findings via computerized documentation
- Assist with patient transport as needed
- Associate Degree from an accredited AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Nuclear Medicine credential (NMTCB or ARRT (N))
- At least one year of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
