- Prepare, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes using various radioisotope equipment.
- Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation and document all relevant information.
- Obtain patient information and communicate preparation instructions.
- Ensure quality control and maintain safety protocols during procedures.
- Collaborate with senior staff to address challenges and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Diploma/certificate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine program (required); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- State Nuclear Medicine License (required in CA and HI).
- Registration with ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or NMTCB certification (required in CA and OR).
- Venipuncture and BLS certifications (required).
- Strong understanding of radiation safety, patient care, and procedural accuracy.
